Who We Are

Currently we live in Kampala, Uganda and are pursuing the Lord’s leading in our lives to full time ministry here at a church called University Community Fellowship (UCF).  UCF targets students that attend Makerere University so the congregation is mostly university students but there are some young professionals, families and others from the community that make UCF their home church. This blog is set up to help our family and friends stay up to date with our lives in Uganda. 

Here is a bit about us:

We are followers of Yahweh and passionate about his word, the Bible.

We fell in love at the end of 2007 at the best University in the world: Biola.  Kyle got his degree in biblical studies and Sarah got her degree in Kinesiology.

We married in January 2009 and it was the best freaking day ever!

Kyle can pretty much fix most things and that comes in real handy, I guess that is what you get when an ex-farmer raises you. Sarah loves that she is from Southern CA and enjoys cooking for her hubby or anyone else!

We have awesome families that love the Lord and love us. Sarah has a grandma that checks this blog every day, hey Gram!
