One Month

At  one month old, Obadiah has reached 10 lbs and is letting us get more and more sleep at night. A few nights ago he let us get a 5 hour chunk of sleep, and we felt like new people. 

We have battled a mild case of thrush (Obie had it worse than I did) but it is on its way out. It seems that each day he is becoming more alert and making more eye contact. My favorite thing that he has begun doing is making little "coo" noises. This little boy is so precious. 

This is still one of his most frequent facial expressions. Occasionally we have seen smiles from him but cant seem to get a picture of it. 

We are all looking forward to Mimi (my mom) and Uncle Chris (my brother) who will arrive in about a week!
